How long does an order take to start?

Most services start within a few minutes. The start time shown on each service is the provider average, not a guarantee.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Only while it is still pending. Once the provider starts, it cannot be cancelled – use refill instead where the service supports it.

Why is my balance in a different currency?

Prices are held in USD and shown in the currency you picked on your account page. Change it any time under Basic.
